I switched from Liberty Mutual to Allstate about 1 year ago and Micah Bourne walked me through the steps of getting both Auto and Homeowner's insurance. He was very helpful and was able to reduce my costs two-fold. Feedback from the agency has been exemplary and renewals painless. I haven't had to make a claim so far, so this will be another test of the responsiveness of the agency when and if that happens. Since then, interactions have been timely and informative. I would hope that someday Allstate offers hurricane insurance in addition to homeowners insurance and that the policy period could be for a year instead of 6 months for auto insurance.

The best decision I ever made switching from State Farm to Allstate with Micah Borne. Very professional and low cost auto insurance. I even received money back for driving safe. Cant beat this crew!!

They immediately helped us with our homeowners insurance and then later on bundled our vehicle insurance giving us a discount on the homeowners insurance. Super helpful and professional and get back with you right away
