I ordered onion rings and got fries and onion rings and one cup more fries than onion rings get back in line 10 people and gets to change it out get to my car call spicy melt don't want to stand back in line so just eat it

Staff was very polite & courteous, but the food was EXTREMELY lackluster, sub par & barely room temperature. After waiting for 13 minutes for the order be ready, which I must admit totally confused me, because I assumed the food would be hot & fresh, especially after waiting on the order.

Very poor customer service, witness multiple other customers revive the wrong food, waiting at the register with no workers to take my order for 15 plus minutes , and on top of that when the lady did take my order she was very rude and unprofessional.
