I highly recommend Roto-Rooter's services! The entire experience was positive and hassle-free. From the answering service to the plumbers - Austin and Clayton - each member of the team was competent and professional. The answering service answered my call - on a Sunday evening! - listened to the problem, and then promptly made a scheduling call that following morning. The plumbers were able to come out the same afternoon, were on time, and EFFICIENT. Bonus points to both Austin and Clayton for being patient with all of my questions regarding the repair. Not only did my sink pipes get unclogged (I won't be putting bell pepper stems down the garbage disposal again!), but I received a good lesson on how to maintain my pipes.
I will 100% be calling on Roto-Rooter for all of my plumbing needs from now on AND I'll be recommending them to my friends! A+ company! Service: Drain cleaning

Tenant texted me a video of water spewing out by the meter. Water department was called out to shut off the water and said it was the main house PVC pipe and that he can recommend a plumber.
I called these guys instead. I called at 7pm MST and they answered and had someone out there the next morning and Austin had it fixed in 45 minutes.
It's our first time self-managing so we get vendors as we go, and we have found our new plumber vendor.

Had some major plumbing issues, as a young couple that just bought a home this was very scary for us, Roto Rooter sent out Paul and he was all around an amazing plumber. Extremely professional, and took great care of us. Based off of his work alone we are now Roto Rooter customers for life!
