The most horrible customer service. Was told they didn't have service tech that could do the job or was able to do the job. Then was promised I'd have tech over three day period plus on Saturday. Ended up having to use mustang cat out of lufkin. Which was 3 hours away. But he was only there 35 minutes. Then to top it off decided to call me today to let me know they had a guy available.

I hired them to replace the a/c system on one of my excavators. Met with the mechanic onsite and told him that the compressor had locked up and he told me that it would need a new compressor, dryer, expansion valve and the system flushed out. I told him whatever it needs is fine that I just needed it fixed and I wanted it right. This procedure cost me about $5000 with Cat parts, labor and service call. After a few days we get to the machine and the a/c is not cooling. Call them back out and they determine that the condenser is stopped up internally with debris and that would be about $2500 to change it out. I told them no thanks. About a month later I received an invoice for going out and troubleshooting the problem and that was $1200. They did take care of the $1200 invoice and offered to come out and change the condenser for half of what they quoted me. All I can think about is how much debris has been through the new compressor that was put on. Called several times and was ghosted. Went over there personally and was told I would be called back after they spoke with management. I was finally told on the phone that I was on my own. I thought I was doing right by getting Cat to fix this system and using their parts but I learned a lesson and a costly one.
