DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Terrible service, the dr gave my with the wrong prescription she had to go in for another check up.. when she did the Dr was accusing her of lying and making up that she couldn’t see. Why would my wife go pay just to lie about her needing contacts so unprofessional of the dr DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

They DO NOT answer the phone... They are NOT open hours that they have listed. I had to be transfered by Vision 4 Less & they were already gone around 4:30.. I went in at 11am to get my prescription fixed and they do not take patient between 10:30-1pm. Blamed not answering the phone on being short handed. They must have been short handed for years.

I do not recommend them to anyone the dr himself is great we have only used the bossier location for myself twice.We bought and paid for contacts which we were not what my prescription they had lost my chart,never was able to find it,and then my husband had to go in there and show bank statements were we paid and the manager Kylie tried to tell us those were for last year and we had receipts that showed February of this year,were told they did not order my contacts and wouldn’t have ordered this bc my prescription was expired and when we went back in to show we paid she handed me a box of contacts that weren’t my prescription contacts.Safe to say we will be calling the better business bureau and disputing this charge for a refund

They are very very slow in what they do. You have to wait a good while to get what you ordered. They tell you a date & it end up being another date.
