She was very up on the collision side of things but l was told that they didn't take in any work on automobiles after 2009 wow since a lot of folks do take pride in their rides.. some what upset but I'm still looking

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place! Do NOT use them! I would give 0 stars if I could. They had my car for well over a month and had to keep it a few more days because the lady that works at the desk did not communicate with my insurance company, like she was supposed to, to get the insurance check remade out to them. On top of that, she lied about trying to contact them; my claims adjuster said she had no missed calls or messages from them. She also never called me to keep me updated like she said she would; I had to call them. I still am not understanding why they had my car that dang long! Everyone who I told said they've never heard of anything like it. It wasn't damaged that bad! My husband and I were out of 300+ dollars for a rental because of them! My insurance company only pays up to so many days. I was also out of 300 more dollars that I was told I wouldn't have to pay that because they would do what they could to keep me from paying it, which I feel they didn't and/or did something wrong. As long as they had my car, I shouldn't have had to pay anything. They should have! I really don't see how this place is still open with all the bad reviews I've seen, which I should have checked out first. I only went with them because the guy that came out to inspect my car said they do a lot of business with them. I don't see why! The BBB will be hearing from me about this. Service: Body & Trim
