image VERY POOR COMMUICATION ESPICALLY THE CHARGE NURSE AMY. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTER A NURSE WITH SUCH A PISS POOR ATTITUDE. I CALLED AND ASKED QUESTIONS AND I WAS MET WITH HOSTILITY EVERY TIME WE SPOKE AND THEN SHE TRIES TO TURN IRT AROUND AS IF YOUR THE PROBLEM. I WAS VERY PATIENT WITH THIS FACILTY BECAUSE I'M A NURSE AS WELL SO I UNDERSTAND HOW THINGS CAN GET SOMETIMES BUT TO BE GIVEN SUCH NASTY ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON IS BEYOND ME I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THE PATIENTS ARE TREATED BY HER AND SHES SUPPOSE TO BE THERE TO HELP AND CARE FOR THEM. SHE WILL SINGLE HANDLY RUIN YOUR COMPANY.

image I would leave 0 if I could. Its deeply concerning to leave a loved one in this facility. My daughters experience here was nothing short of horrendous. The treatment she received from the majority of staff members was abysmal. However, amidst the chaos, Nurse Gwen and Khalia stood out as compassionate and attentive caregivers. The techs Amanda, Kelsi, and Jared provided some solace with their exceptional care. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of the hospital feels more akin to a prison, where individuals are seemingly treated as commodities for insurance profit rather than receiving genuine help. Its disheartening to witness patients leaving in worse condition than when they arrived.
