    I would give a 0 on this because the guy does not know what he is doing I went there to fix my phone because it was not charging and all he did is replace the battery That did nothing to my phone and i still have the same problem i would never recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!! And The Guy Is Rude Also !!!

    HD IPhone Repair should stand for (HE DOESN’T IPhone REPAIR) After dropping my phone in water at work.. I immediately headed to HD iPhone Repair because my phones as inoperable and glitching in and out.. The owner assessment my phone for repair- $152 changed out front camera and signal Sensor and dried phone within a few hours phone powered off and never regained service black screen. At this point, the store was closed. Therefore, the next day my mom and I took the phone back to the store for service explained we couldn’t restore service. He was very rude and defensive saying he changed out parts I told him. He was furious When my mom told him that he was the expert On repairs and how could I tell him what to change out—- can only relay the facts water damage and for him to diagnosis and assess a fix if there was a fix. And he seemed to get very angry with us because we were asking questions about what we should do next with the iPhone and to our surprise, he called the police. So, it prompt my mom to call the 911 stated Clueless as to why he called 911— we paid $152 to have phone repaired - if the repair didn’t work, we should be able to return with the defected device to inquire. In an effort to diffuse what could have escalated into a bad situation, mom did what was best to call 911. Very puzzling because when we entered the store, we handed the phone to the owner at the counter and sat on sofa near the door. No confrontation, exchange of words, threats, profanity, etc. We never returned to the counter. We step outside the building until the Sheriff Dept arrived. Mom told officer she knew they most probably had cameras in the store and they could review his footage which lines up with her statement. • The $152 was my lost ---- I never re-entered the store. The officer returned phone to me where he left parts out — Their charge for parts he changed was 2/3 of the cost I paid... you do the math- phone was missing 2 screws near charging port and parts the secure battery. Had I checked the reviews, he never would have earned my business because based on reviews within the past month- 2 negative reviews – would have rated “0:” if they could. Bad attitude and phones not working that came with a service charge same scenario I encountered. Took phone same day to a reparable repair store. Parts he changed were not parts replaced for water Damage. They charged less then $40 to disagnosis phone and advised board damaged non-repairable.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came on Monday to have the battery of my iPhone 6 replaced. The owner said it would be ready in an hour but I told him I’d come back on Tuesday. I come back Tuesday and he says he had to order a battery that would arrive express delivery on the same day. I don’t live near this business so strike 1 I should have been called if there was going to be a delay in servicing my phone. I call him on Wednesday the phone is not fixed. He claims he will call me when it is. It is now Friday and I have called multiple times with no response. I’m hoping he’s hadn’t done anything to it at this point because his business practices are so poor that I want no part of it. Save your time and go somewhere where you won’t get the runaround.
