I visited this store about a month ago. Management has changed and the previous employees who delivered less than favorable experiences were all released. The new manager had a great personality and gave me accurate knowledge about my phone issue. Even though he couldn't help me directly with my phone's issue he went out of his way to find a work-around and made my situation extremely manageable until I can get a proper fix. Take the time to revisit this store, you won't regret it.

Came to this T-Mobile at 7:30 PM on a Sunday after having purchased a new phone at another store that would not register on the network and they were already closed. Hours listed are incorrect.

If i could give a negative star i would. Customer service at this store is horrible. The manager nor the general manager are accountable for resolving issues and keeping to commitments of customer service. I was a customer of Tmobile for 4years. I purchased a S9 in July 2018. The rep charged me for 2 phones. In 7 mos since the purchase no one could remove the voided phone off my account. Tmobile 1800 reps are also useless. Beware cheap phone service doesnt replace customer service. I will never use Tmobile or refer my family or friends to Tmobile.
