The man answering the phone wouldn't scheduled an appointment to get an estimate becuase I had the "wrong insurance". I told his that I was hit by a commercial truck. The adjustor contacted me and wanted me to get an estimate since his office was out of state and the man answering could careless. You all need to take "free estimate" off of your website and need to add what insurance companies you deal with.

I was super skeptical because of other reviews on here, but I am super happy I took my car here. I did have to wait almost two months before my car was finished BUT that wasnt the shops fault. The parts just took forever to come in.
Great customer service even though I was annoyed sometimes.
They did a fabulous job.
