Cody did an excellent job removing our old shower/tub hardware from both batbrooms and installing the new hardware I have been wanting forever. Great work ethic, good craftsmanship cutting the drywall (had to be done to make an access panel to the pipes), finished in a timely manner, and cleaned everything up. Everything works. The one tub holds water again and the other one no longer drips! Mr. Rooter replaced our waterheater a few years back and will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing-Richmond is the best! They provide the best customer service and professionalism we've seen in a long time. We needed a faucet for a new kitchen sink installed and plumbing for the sink. We requested Trevor Smith be our technician to complete the job due to the great work he did modifying our water heater. Trevor Smith absolutely does an immaculate job, is considerate of property and provides great customer service.

Cody was excellent with going through everything thoroughly. He helped us out in every way and was very knowledgeable. He made sure to tell us all charges upfront and what we should do to fix the issues immediately. This is what you want when you have a stranger come to your home. He was a kind, caring guy who takes his work seriously and you can tell he cares about the customers. He is very customer friendly. Thank you sir for all the help and getting us taken care of.
