Store manager at Lantern Ridge showed no willingness or concern to solve the issue. She asked me to call customer service from my own phone while in the store. When I couldn't get past the initial automated response from ATT customer service line she offered no guidance. I had to make 3 trips to two different retail locations to complete the purchase that I needed to make. The manager was poorly trained in procedures or simply had no interest in helping to go past the first step. Thankfully, the customer service agent on the phone facilitated what the manager could or would not. I was very disappointed in this experience and will go out of my way to not have to visit this retail store in the future.

We went to the store in Richmond Centre in Richmond, KY. I normally anticipate bad service at AT&T but at this store they were attentive, quick and effective. Good job.

After being treated as an idiot at the bypass store I went to the lantern ridge store and was treated like a customer. The staff on the bypass state that they only sell phones and Internet and any other service is a favor. The attitude was based on a complete interest in my issue. I could go on but it would be pointless

This store is an absolute joke. A few months ago my husband and I ported out our business numbers. Instead of getting phone today that we did that like you normally good.The manager says for us come back next day.She would do an upgrade.You wouldn't have to pay for them. So we go back the next day only to find out if she's completely messed app her account.You have to go back every day for the next three weeks to never get our account fixed. So I go back yesterday.Trying to open a personal account in my name only to be refused any service simply due to the fact that the manager there messed up our business account a couple months back. I would not recommend for anyone to waste their time going to this store. The manager is an absolute joke. That does not know how to accept the responsibility for things that she has done. And then refuses to serve someone that is there with money trying to open an account.
