They have some apartments in standard shape but not so good shape and when I went into the office I asked the front desk clerk will no credit hinder my approval before I apply and she states no. I apply and the man running applications denied me for no credit but I own my own business, there is nothing on my credit no evictions nothing. For this one bed on wood creek? Anyone with good credit wouldnt even want it I only need it because I need somthing small while Im building my home.. its a joke and their just collecting applications fees. Do not waste your TIME!!!!

Doug Wright and the team at Alpha Omega have been managing my property for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier. I am currently serving in the US Army overseas in Europe and I have heard horror stories concerning property management with other organizations. I can honestly say that Doug is always there if I have any questions or concerns from overseas. My wife and I do not take him for granted one bit. I highly recommend this business and I hope to continue to work with them for many years to come!
