I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for better service. I have rented two units. During the first rental, I was told that their insurance was required. I was not informed that homeowner's insurance may provide coverage (it did). On the second rental, I was made aware of the insurance waiver if my homeowner's covered the contents. I talked to the regional manager, Zachary, and he promised to refund my insurance fees. I will be filing a complaint with all the applicable agencies and leaving this rental facility.

The online sign up process was interesting. They lost my first reservation although I had a confirmation email with all of the info. There are discrepancies in information between their national website and our local office (hours, policies, etc). Once we started over from scratch over the phone, things went smoothly from that point forward. The unit and entry process itself was great once I was set up correctly.
