I have pay as you go and it seems like every day they're just charging me for something else there's a light pole outside that I don't choose to be there but do I have to pay for it because they say so yes and do they get to fluctuate my bill every week yes they do so no I'm going to give you one star because this place doesn't really care

Hi Elliott, thanks for reaching out. WKRECC hasn't raised rates, but the cost of the electricity we buy has definitely gone up, due mostly to higher prices for natural gas. TVA calculates the cost monthly, and it looks like prices are leveling out in September. Your electricity cost will drop as the fuel costs get back to normal. Until fuel costs go down the best way to save is to use less. We have tips for that, too. Take care.
