Mr.Reed does incredible work.We had a matching settee and chaperone chair.The settee had a tear on the bottom.He came over picked up and delivered back to us Great person a true craftsman

Took a simple straight back chair to be reupholstered in June 2021. Promised it would be finished in a month, then the promises went on for several months until Steve said it would be "next week" for another 3 months. Today went and got my chair that was nowhere near complete. Again, he said it would be next week. I had enough and took the chair that was completely torn apart. Asked for the material we had purchased for $100 so I could take the chair somewhere else. Steve had the gall to say the material was at his house not in the shop. So, no way would it be finished in another week. In short, Steve may have been a very good upholsterer at one time, but his time and skills are in the past. DO NOT take anything to Reed Interiors. The owner is unreliable and a liar!!! I would rate a zero if it would register.
