I had them out to work on a stopped up toilet. Austin and the young guy with him found the main water line under the house and cleaned it out. They also checked to drain for the shower and reworked to sink in the vanity and it has never drained so quickly. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work they did, I highly recommend the, thank you.

Well they fixed the problem and came quickly so I am giving them stars for that. BUT I was told on the phone that it was going to be $105 an hour. The guy was here for less than 30 minutes and hooked up a hose to my water heater to clean something out. They tried to charge me $260 for 1.5 hours of work and $50 because they used a hose. I do feel like they tried to pull one over on me and that bothers me a lot. I called and they adjusted to the time but said it was a minimum of $105 plus the $50 because he used a hose. He also left a big mess!
I will try a different company if I need a plumber in the future.
