Comfort Zone Heating Cooling

My parents just purchased a trailer from Barker mobile homes and when the power was connected they called Barker to inform them it was ready for the air conditioning to be installed. David Razor at Comfort Zone was the man they hired to install it. It has been a month now and no one can get in contact with Comfort Zone to find out what is going on. We have left several messages but so far have not gotten a reply.
I hope no one else will even chance using this guy unless they know how to get hold of him in person before hand.
