      image I do not recommend buying a phone from AT&T, especially the Mayfield store. Go buy your phone from any other retailer. The employees and store manager refused to sell us an iPhone 15, because we wanted to pay for the phone in full upfront rather than give in to whatever promotion they were pushing, and would only allow us to buy the phone by participating in the promotion or opting for the AT&T Next Payment monthly plan. I think it's ridiculous that a company refuses a lump sum of money and would rather miss out an opportunity to make a sale than do what the customer wants. I have personally paid in-full for iPhones at this store in the past along with other AT&T locations so it CAN be done, but this location refuses to do so.
