Jonie was not very nice or helpful on the phone. Also, I asked if they could be delivered on Thursday but they delivered them on Wednesday instead. Thank goodness my sister got the arrangement. So, because of their customer service and lack of communications I gave them three stars.

Amazing company! Ordered through From You Flowers and was fulfilled with Victor Mathis Florist. Flowers were for my mothers birthday and its particularly cold today. She was unexpectedly not home when they tried to deliver so they called me and offered to take the flowers somewhere else. Had them delivered to my sisters house instead and they were so kind about the mixup. Flowers were beautiful and I would recommend them just based on the customer service alone!

Paid $118.00 for a vase of green scraps to be crammed in it under water, wilted roses and sparse laying over carnations. Even the leaves were dead on this arrangement. Missing what I paid for, didnt even come close to the PREMIUM up charge for a full arrangement. 12 roses and 8 carnations: Complete trash. Called the vendor and they send 3 balloons. NEVER AGAIN. Ruined a birthday gift. If I could give a ZERO I would.
