Called ahead and ordered replacement components for a play set I was given. When I arrived about an hour later everything I needed was up front waiting for me, and the employees had it loaded in my truck before I was done paying without me having to ask for help. Every step was easy and quick and everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and helpful.
