not the best part of town, but if you need a patch cable, go here. staff is usually helpful with products they sell.

Having worked in a radio shack I do give a little more slack than some. The store always seems clean and people are some what knowledgeable

Are you kidding me? I walked into this store and not one employee would even make eye contact with me. And they weren't even doing anything. Since I've been in here before and had seen this in the past, I just went to the section of the store that had what I needed and stood there for about 10 minutes. STILL, not a single person even asked if I needed any help. I was able to locate the items that I needed and then left to do something else, returning in about 10 minutes. Still, no greeting upon entering the store. I went back to the same section to re-check the items I had been considering. Again, no one asked me if I needed any help. In addition to that, the staff just acted indifferent and irritated. After about five minutes, I left, having decided that I will buy the things I need from the location over by Russel Cave rd where the staff in much more friendly and helpful. Seriously, someone from corporate just needs to wander into this location anonymously and see things for themselves.
