Really starting to go downhill on the quality of care here. Rarely return your calls but they have no problem nickel and diming you over every thing they can. They've definitely bitten off more than they can chew as far as their growth is concerned and it's starting to show.

Dr. Poole has been our family pediatrician for 17 years, and we absolutely adore her! Our boys (now ages 12 and 17) have always felt so comfortable with her, and we all trust her completely. In fact, I'm pretty certain that we've seen every provider in the practice at least once and they're all fantastic. The doctors and nurses are so kind and explain things to the kids (and adults) in a way that they understand without sounding patronizing. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful, too. Over the years, we've moved a few times...Nicholasville, Georgetown, and now Owenton... but we've never changed pediatricians. I'd drive to the moon just to ensure that my kids got the very best medical care. Luckily, I only have to drive about 45 minutes to Poole, Thomas, Crowley, and Goodsell to get just that!

Wonderful office, friendly staff! Have known Dr. Thomas most of my life and now she cares for my kiddos!
