Arrived 1st night meeting family members. WE were all tired and hungry from travel. Lady in early evening working Bistro was very rude and unfriendly informing us of all the things she COULD NOT do. The last thing we wanted to do was get back in a vehicle and figure out where to get food. Most people/staff were not very friendly. All in all about the ONLY thing this establishment has going for it is location.

My kids spring break plans got canceled last min sadly, so I wanted to surprise them with a mini getaway where we ended up here in Lexington for a couple days. Upon check in Marcelo N greeted us with a friendly smile making us feel very welcomed. Marcelo asked what we were in town for and after explaining our mini surprise getaway he gave us lots of fun places to try, local coffee shops, good pizza places, and some fun places to let the kids play some games and ride some rides. Every time we went past the desk Marcelo made sure to ask us about our time and see if we had tried any of the places he suggested to us. I have never felt so welcomed before!! Thank you Marcelo for your great customer service and helping us enjoy it time in Lexington!!!
