      image I can only tell you that Liberty Mutual and the agent that sold me my policy are neither dependable, reliable or timely in any way or form. I started out paying a reasonable and competitive price for full coverage insurance on 3 vehicles and 4 years into our business relationship with me filing (0) no insurance claims my premium jumped from $2,136 to $6,000 a year. Your local agent (mine was Joey Doom) are never available for you - you get to talk to someone in Texas or Arizona. Therefore, you will never get good customer service. Use a local agency with people you can talk to on the phone or go see in person........ I do not recommend LM.

      image i had liberty mutual home owners insurance for years when i needed a roof liberty mutual turn there back gave me a drop in bucket payment i will never ever use liberty mutual again as long as there butt points floors
