David Saab as an agent/person might be ok, but since my phone interaction with GEICO insisted that I talk to someone with a Kentucky license and since when I came to this location 4 years ago to switch my insurance from Wisconsin to Ky and they weren't able to help me for that same reason this is where my review will go. //// I've been a GEICO customer for a little less than a decade, always paid on time excellent driving record etc. Last week when my insurance bill was to autopay my bank let me know that there was some unusual charge on my card. They issued me a new debit card as a precaution, while scrambling to update payment info everywhere I missed GEICO on the day of autopay, no big deal, I'm happy to pay late fee etc. I go to the website to restart my insurance which they cancelled the moment my card was rejected, they forced me to get quote, it comes back far higher than what I supposed to pay and change every time I rerun it. I call GEICO, I'm on hold for 50 that's right five zero minutes. When they finally connect me they put me on hold again because the agents KY license isn't up to date. Finally they get back to me, my rate will now be 80 dollars per month because I had a lapse in my insurance. Well, I need to be insured so I pay the difference. Rest assured in the next few weeks I'll be finding a new provider and cancelling GEICO and leaving forever, that's 30-40 more years of dependable pay from me to them probably eventually including a home and cars for my kids in 16 years. What a slap in the face. Find another insurance provider, one that actually works with you and respects your time.
