This hotel/resort is one of the best in the area. Their breakfast buffet is also good.

I attended a NAIA Golf Tournament and stayed at the hotel which was very clean and a comfortable. All staff were courteous, especially food service and bar tenders.
Walkability: Easy to navigate
Food & drinks: Excellent selections

Best part of the stay was the valet guy, Russel. He was young but reminded you of one of those old school bellhops, the kind of service they dont provide anymore. Although this hotel appeared extremely short staffed Russel came through. He probably should be moved into management because of his can do attitude!
The Room: the room was was cute. I especially liked the textured wallpaper. Marriotts slogan in the brochure said Revel in the details and this got me excite!The bathroom had no hand lotion shower cap pillow spray, slippers, none of the things the brochure said it had. They hyped it up and it was a disappointment. The bathtub could stand to be cleaned with a little Barkeepers friend. Turned the shower on and water shot out into the bathroom. The floor was dirty. Maybe it wasnt dirty but there was definitely some sort of film on it that required socks. All in all if youre using your companies business card for the stay, live it up. If youre paying with your hard earned money, Id shop around
Rooms: Small to medium size. Housekeeping could stand someone to check the rooms and sign off on them. Make sure everything is cleaned and that the shower wand is turned away
