They get 5 stars for the quality of installation. Based on customer service they would get ONE star. The supervisor (name starts with a R) is rude and crazy. They gave a 4 HOUR window for when they would be here. They showed up at the earliest time of that four hour window and from what I gather, was giving their supervisor an update. We were ONLY 18 minutes past that time and was still moving some of our belongings out of our residence and the supervisor (with her all knowing mind powers and ability to see through phones over long distances) called getting ignorant over 18 minutes. We paid almost $800 to have it done, I don't think 18 minutes is that big of a deal. Also, if you know a customer is first on your list for the day, why the need to give such a large time frame for when you would show up to do the work?
