I was traveling to the area from PA and wanted to get flowers for my wife. I called and they were very helpful and happened to be located close to where we were staying. The flowers they prepared for me were absolutely beautiful and my wife loved them! Thank you! A+

I have used Poppys several times recently & was very pleased with the shops quality of fresh flowers & gifts that were purchased to give to others. Reasonable prices & outstanding customer service to me & for people receiving fresh flowers & gifts in delivery. Highly recommend this place of business!

Horrible experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday. Never got delivered. I reached out multiple times a day and called the shop. Nobody answers the phone. Denise the owner answered my emails but lied to me multiple times about the order- she claimed the order never printed, also she credited me back bc my order was going to shelbyville when in fact they were going to Lawrenceburg, and that they had been delivered. She asked for my order number multiple times despite it being in the subject line of my email. Its now 5 days after the delivery date and I still have no flowers, a refund, an apology, or a phone call like I requested.
Do not order flowers from Poppys. I called a Lawrenceburg Flower Shop and had flowers delivered within 4 hours. Much better customer service and beautiful flowers.

Have used them twice and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Beautiful flower arrangements and they were very helpful and friendly. Delivery always on time as well. I will always use them for any floral needs. Thank you!
