Used them to repair a burning smell issue with my speed queen dryer because they are listed on SQs website as certified. The tech initially came and did something that made my dryer inoperable which was concerning but the next day someone else came to look at it. The tech kept making phone calls on speakerphone which was weird. He also scratched our tile floor when setting down the front of our dryer. He ended up having to leave because of a sick child although he was on the phone telling another tech he didnt know what to do now that the dryer had stopped working.
They then replaced a $300 part that did not resolve our issue. Tried calling them a few days after and they did not return my call. Never again.
