      image AT&T sucks. They promise you the moon and stars then pull the rug out. Every month my bill is outrageous, and full of surprises and my wife has to spend hours on the phone with customer service ( what a joke), to get the bill back to normal or at least what they promised in the beginning. No one seems to know anything when she calls, always has to request speaking to a manager, who is often clueless. They list our trade in phones from our previous provider and tried to charge us for them. It took two months for them to find them in their system and credit our account. We never had any of these issues when we were with Verizon. Please do yourself a favor and stay away, regardless of what kind of deal they promise you, because its all lies just to get you to switch. If I could have given them 5 negative stars, I would have.
