      I'm sorry you feel that way, we have no control over warranties. We came and diagnosed your problem and gave you a price. It was your decision not to repair. We didn't charge for the diagnostic either.

      image Our thermostat was not performing correctly due to our house remodel where the contractor had to remove the thermostat from the wall in order to remodel that part of the house.
      We called Turneys in the middle of holiday week with bad weather and tornados and despite them being super busy, the owner Mark got on the phone and spent half an hour walking us through re-programming the dual fuel thermostat so that it functioned properly. What patience he had!
      We want to highly recommend Turneys for all heating or cooling work no matter if youre an older customer, they will treat you like gold! Service: Thermostat repair
