I believe that Tip-Top Roofing is without a doubt the best roofing company in this area. They arrived when they said they would be here and 7 hrs later I had a complete roof that looks fantastic. They were totally professional in every area of roofing and I would be willing to recommend them to family and friends. I have owned several homes and had roofs put on 3 times. Outstanding from start to finish. Crew arrived promptly on time and were very courteous the whole time. They performed a thorough clean-up afterward making sure everything was picked up. Max Mann came out right away to take a look at our roof when we suspected storm damage. He confirmed that we probably had a claim, then returned to meet with our insurance adjustor. Once we approved installation of a new roof, he worked with us throughout the process as we made decisions about potential issues, such as rotted decking, that could crop up. He was fair, honest and timely, as well as very professional and pleasant to work with. The Tip-Top crew arrived when we expected them, and completed our entire roof in a day as planned, cleaning up after themselves thoroughly, and returning two days later to install a section of gutter that we'd decided to also replace. We also had them install micro screen gutter guards and are very pleased with their work on that as well. Amazingly, their clean up was so good that I've only found one nail, even though I'd certainly expected that they might leave some behind. I highly recommend Tip-Top.
