      image Horrible company!! They don't answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. I moved all 6 of my cars and my 3 homes from them. Customer service is a complete failure!! Buyer beware!!

      image The customer service for the Elizabethtownoffice is the worse. They would not call me back or even attempt to answer my question about my policy increase. (Granted I have zero claims on my home and auto policies but my premiums went up $151.78) I have been calling since November to have someone to return my phone call. I have since cancelled my service and went with another insurance company/agent in town that will actually listen and work with you.
