I checked out three companies, but called Mr. Reed to come out and I’m so glad I did. I’m a city girl, and had never seen a septic system ever. He came out next day and gave me a full education on our system and general septic information, and fixed our problem quick. I went with him for his reputation, but was happy that his prices were very competitive. Beat out everyone else I called by a little bit. Mr Reed will always be my first call go for maintenance and problems.

Reed’s has been our septic tank service since we purchased our home this summer. We called Mr. Reed late Saturday night, during the tornadoes, with our septic tank backing up into the shower and bathtub drains. He answered immediately and promised to be at our home first thing in the morning, as soon as the storms subsided. Mr. Reed and his employee not only found the source of our problem but fixed it and kept the cost within his initial estimate. Being new to having a septic tank Mr. Reed has always been helpful and informative without making us feel bad for not knowing much if anything about septic tanks. Thank you for everything! 10/10 recommend!

No need to look for anyone else for any septic system needs!! We had a severely clogged septic tank starting late last night. My husband called, Mr. Reed immediately answered the phone and talked him through what to do until he could get to our house the next morning. There were continuous issues. Mr. Reed looked at pictures my husband sent and talked to him for well over an hour that night. The next day him and another worker came when they said they would. They were extremely honest, reasonable and down to earth people. They got the job done quickly and did so well. I couldn’t be more please and happy. We will be forever grateful for the hard work they put in. A special shout out for him also providing a police, military, and first responder discounts. In today’s time we are very appreciative of that as well! Services: Sewer repair, Outdoor system repair

I called Reef Septic the morning of July 4th and was pleasantly surprised when the owner answered the phone.
My sewer line had a visible hole, and was backing up outside.
I explained to Mr. Reed that I wasn't even sure where the tank was and had never had a septic tank before I moved here.
He assured me he could find it with no problem.
He did just that - he walked right to it.
The line was totally crushed, and the tank had never been cleaned.
For just over 2k he cleaned it out, dug out the line and had it replaced in about 4 hrs or so.
Very happy with the whole experience and he and his helper couldn't have been nicer.
