The room was clean and the bed was pretty soft and comfortable. Having a microwave and fridge was pretty great too. The customer service was good.
However, the walls seemed like they were paper thin with everyone getting ice from the ice machine and those up early were quite noticeable. I'd recommend getting a second floor room if possible when staying here. The shower would also not get very hot at all.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cave city at the red roof Inn. Perhaps my experience had something to do with my very long and exhausting travels, But I arrived to a spotlessly clean room with two very comfortable clean beds, and a shower that let both of my kids take a hot shower and me immediately afterwards stand in the hot water for an hour, and just let it roll over me to take away the stress of traveling. The towels were clean and fresh. The guest services were courteous and helpful. The price was really great for an above average hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Cave city.

Totally disappointed! We booked online specifically because we have pets. We drove many hours from Florida to be met with a rude and very strange desk clerk who immediately told me they would not take our 2 dogs only one (they weigh less than 10 lbs each).then ignored me while answering the phone. I tried to explain that we stayed at a red roof Inn the night before without problem. He become rude and insulting. We left and stayed at Econo Lodge who where friendly and helpful. Don't stay at the Red Roof in Cave City KY!!!!!!
Noteworthy details: Terrible service !!! Rude desk Clerk. Not pet friendly!!!!!
