Drove 9 hours. Booked the king size bedroom a few months ago. Got here late (around 10) to check in and they informed my room went down and they had to give me a double queen room. They guy offered me no discounts and several times offered to cancel my room and then tried to scold me for cursing. Last time I checked, I am an adult. Will be talking to a manager and reporting this occurrence to the corporate. We all know the the room going down means since I got her we late due to traffic, they gave my room away to someone else with no offer to make it right. Beds are hard and room echos. Never will I ever stay and a try by Hilton again. If I could rate negative 10 I would.

When we first got there, we had the incorrect types of rooms but they said they were full and couldnt do anything for us. Then others in our group came down with stand sheet and not small stand or light stand things that were a foot and a half across 8 inches tall and dark brown Surely nobody couldve made that bed and not noticed. Other people in our group had moldy pillowcases. Towels had spots on them and were very stuff. In the shower, the shower gel said to squeeze gently, but it took both hands to squeeze anything out of it the jar was very low. Theres no face soap. The bathroom is spacious enough, but the bottom of the shower 130. The pillows were lumpy and the bed not really. And the room is extremely small. Refrigerator is not much cooler than the room. overall I wouldnt say there again unless it was an emergency and I were by myself and just needed to stay for one night for a couple hours to sleep. breakfast was not very good, except the oatmeal was good. The staff there could not handle the people coming in and they ran out of forks and spoons and pancake mix and drinks and bagels also one of the people upstairs went to the bathroom and took a shower. It was extremely loud. The room had a unpleasant smell to it, maybe it had been a smoking room???

This was a great place to stay while in Bowling Green, KY. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The free breakfast isn't fancy but did the trick. They do have a cool pancake making machine, which the kids liked. The pool wasn't open when we visited, which was a bummer, but they tried to accommodate folks by letting them use a pool at a sister hotel.

My stay was amazing. The rooms and lobby were spotless. The breakfast was also one of the best I have had at a Hotel. The lobby was fun to sit in and watch families having fun. The people at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. This is my second time I stayed there and will always search for a Tru Hilton when going out of town.
