This is a clean, safe space for everyone who enters. The reception staff are always kind and willing to help. I've never felt judged by anyone here. I have been seeing my therapist for YEARS and she rarely has openings because she actually cares about her clients so no one leaves. I literally owe her my life. She has also been voted the best therapist in bg for 2022. If you can't get an appt it's because all of the therapists genuinely care about their clients so they stay booked.

Went to see if I could get someone to talk to. The lady at the desk was doing an intake and said she would call me but asked if there was anything special I needed. I said yes someone that is GAY friendly. I get a phone call from her stating we are not taking new patients. Shows that place discriminates

The absolute most horrible reception/greeters in Bowling Green. They told me on the phone "I cannot tell you when or if we can fit you with one of our providers because they each come look through the pile of request and pick what they want"...so there is no way to determine if every therapist has passed over you. Literally garbage service. This is not based on any of the therapist as we have not been contacted by any of them.
Update: after speaking with "Julie" about the previous receptionist and her lack of customer service-I was told "she is new and we all make mistakes"....unacceptable. We DO all make mistakes but when you have a horrible attitude on the phone with a potential patient, you are risking losing said patient and that's something this place has always had a lproblem with.
