I love the people at the Russellville Road location. It is a small location with BIG service! The employees are always so friendly and polite. They get you in and out without delays (isn't that what we hope for when picking up a car?). I rent a vehicle when mine is in the shop and have rented for trips, etc. The cars are always immaculate and READY! They have picked me up in record time when I needed a pick up. (Yes, they do this!) I always recommend this location to anyone needing a vehicle and have been pleased to know that they have always treated folks I sent there, with the same kindness and professionalism that they have shown me. Look no further. You have found your 'place'.

I forgot and left my marriage certificate, birth certificate and cash in two envelopes in the glove box and they didnt remember seeing it. I know 110% it was left in the glove box - not honest people. The detailed said he dont remember per the manager- Meredith.

Reserved a vehicle for a certain day. I get there and they dont have any cars available. Salesman said there is nothing they can do to get me in a vehicle. They can only put me on a waiting list! This place is a total joke.

They didn't have the correct size vehicle. The request was made weeks ago. When asked to make it right, first answer was that's all we have at this location (request made weeks ago). Second answer we'll get something from other location. They did, but the inside of vehicle was extremely dirty. I had to clean obvious greasy spots from seats, brush out food crumbs before I could ride in it. Glad I wasn't picking up other riders, I would have to clean it even more. And very low on fuel.
