Edited to add: I wish I could give them 10 stars. It ended up snowing like crazy while trying to pick up my rear wheel drive sports car. I managed to go about 10 yards before I pulled into a parking lot and had to leave it there. Mackenzie turned right back around with her all wheel drive and took me home again.
This business is amazing. I needed a clutch for my infiniti. They gave me a price while I was calling around that was on the low end. Then, when they ran the cost and labor and parts and all that for my clutch, oil change, and new belt (all of which I asked for going in), it came at below their previous quote.
Keith was super nice. He was very friendly and didn't grump about me rescheduling my drop off b/c of waiting for covid test results for me. He even asked me how it went when I called back in.
Then, they (timely) called me to tell me my car was ready, and I said Great, I'd grab an uber over lunch. And Mackenzie, who works in the office, offered to come pick me up so I can get my car.
Just... service all the way through. No crazy upselling. They just seemed kind and extremely helpful. And cheaper than the other quotes, don't forget that.

They fit us in today the day before Christmas eve when a bushing ended up failing on my husband's vehicle and it wouldn't change out of neutral. Even with a long wait while we waited for our vehicle to be towed after it had been impounded after we had asked if we could leave the vehicle overnight where it had broken down (it was close to Lee Myles when it broke down. But not at Lee Myles) and we had been told it could stay so we could contact a shop. Thank you again. Merry Christmas and a blessed new year

I went in looking to replace my crack shaft position sensor, but more importantly I wanted to know why I had to get a new sensor twice in one year. Unfortunately they couldn't identify the problem.
Moreover, they made my indicator lights go away at a reasonable cost within a 24 hour window. Great customer service.
