I am really surprised about the 5 star rating. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. They came to my house and seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They said that I needed a custom made cap. They gave me a quote and I told them when the funds come in I will call them. I did. They said they would order the cap , that was about a month ago. Since then I have called at least 5 or 6 times. Normally I would have gave up sooner but they seemed really nice. My final call was to say I didn't know what the problem was but I guess they aren't coming. Also they are listing being credited by the better business beureo and I checked the bbb website and they aren't. I hate leaving bad reviews but they left me no choice

They did a great job! Inspected the fireplace and chimney, thoroughly cleaned it and advised on repair and future care.

This company is wonderful! Returned my call same day, set up appointment and came on the day and time set, did a wonderful job cleaning, and even completed repairs not expected all while being very well-priced. Appreciate the way they educated us and explained the system and chimney we have and best maintenance routines. HIGHLY recommend!
