After 8 hours of driving, I discovered the pet friendly hotel reservation I had made no longer accepted pets. That clerk recommended two hotels, and said that this Comfort Inn was the better choice. She was right! Kaetlyn was working that night, and she quickly set us up with a great room. My pets weren't a problem, and Katelyn made sure we had everything we needed. A good receptionist makes all the difference for a successful hotel. Kaetlyn is a very good receptionist and I appreciate the difference she made.

I definitely recommend this amazing hotel,
The service superb,
I love their breakfast
And they have heathy teas
Staff are very friendly
The room is so big and comfortable with good quality furnitures.
The WiFi is easy access and very excellent connection.
This is like a superb, hotel not extravagant but very true and caring and real in every aspect of service to guests.
Love love it!
The pool is warm and simply nice.
My kids sleep really good.
And very much consider to stay here again on our next trip.

From the moment we arrived we knew there may be issues but we were exhausted and it was raining. After we checked in at the desk a man was leaving and warned us to check for bed bugs. Which we did first thing. We didnt have any. However, the next morning we they had pulled the mattress and left it in the hall. That is something that should never be done! Dragging a buggy mattress out just spreads the problem.
The hotel wasnt full but we were given a room with a broken bathroom light. They had moved a bed lamp into the room for lighting.
You could see the rooms were once beautiful but now the couch was gross with stains and cushions broken down. The carpet was also stained.

Our toilet overflowed less than an hour after we checked in. When I called the front desk, the attendant said she would bring me a plunger. I told her firmly that I would not be plunging anything, and that this was their responsibility. Then the attendant accused ME of blocking the toilet. I NEVER received an apology for the inconvenience . The attendant came up to plunge the toilet and mop the floor BUT she left the dirty toilet water soaked towels on the floor and just mopped around them. I asked for maid service to clean the bathroom and was denied. I asked to change rooms and was also denied. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she would call me Monday. I never received a call. BEWARE of this hotel. We booked based on the fact that it had 3-4 stars. I am convinced that these are fake reviews. In addition, the carpet in our room was disgusting. Wallpaper in the hotel was peeling. And the staff there was the rudest I have ever encountered. Will never stay there or in another Comfort Inn.
Rooms: We stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms. The carpet was disgusting. Absolutely gross. Then our toilet overflowed.
