      image Be careful with purchasing major appliances! They don’t accept returns which u don’t find out until the end of the transaction. Price was only $20 less than Lowe’s! Stick to Lowe’s!!

      image The first time I visited this location I accidentally went on the furniture side versus the side with the appliances - which is where I wanted to be - and the two gentlemen there ignored me as if I wasn’t there; and only one even acknowledged me after I spoke up. When I was walking out I was really contemplating whether or not I wanted to do business with this company, but after I made it to the appliance side I was pleasantly surprised when the staff greeted me shortly after I entered the store and asked what I needed help with, which made me glad I gave them a chance. I didn’t purchase that day but I returned a second time and I met George during that visit. George, just like the “appliance associates” I’d met previously, was very pleasant and helpful, and he even followed up with me as promised. I’m so appreciative of his professionalism and interest in helping me purchase what I needed. Many thanks to George and the “crew next door”!
