This place has already gone down hill. New provider replacing Suzanne does not care about the well being of current patients. Will change your dose and quantity of medicine without advising you and tells you to deal with it when you call to ask why you werent advised of changes. Clearly not caring how it may affect your health or wellbeing. I WOULD NOT COME HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE. Suzanne genuinely cared about all of her patients.

I scheduled an appointment to get immunizations here for nursing school. After calling me several times to confirm rather rudely they notified me the morning of my appointment they did not have the immunizations and transferred me over to another location which also did not have the correct immunizations. They did not apologize for wasting my time or offer any kind of helpful solution. Do not go here. Unprofessional and incompetent.

People with good experiences usually don't give reviews, mainly the ones with negative experiences. So here's a positive one. I have been a patient since 2000. The head Nurse Practitioner at the time (before Susanne) listened to me when I believed I had a endocrinological condition. My former Primary Care Physician told me to just excersize more and eat less. The PCP apparently was deaf to my telling them I already was working out 45-90 minutes a day, 5-7 days a week and I wasn't losing weight. I
wouldn't lose weight unless my daily intake was under 900 calories a day. I had other symptoms that I had researched. I requested specific labs. Her response was that I really didn't need them but, ok, she would (humor me and) send the order for those specific labs. The labs cost several hundred dollars that I didn't have. After searching, I found Mercy and Truth. Their labs were 1/4 the cost of what I would be charged out of pocket at my former doctor. When the labs returned, the NP at M&T told me I had the classic blood values for the condition I suspected I had. Medication was started and I lost weight with no exercise, I was able to take in adult amounts of calories, my sleep pattern was restored and I no longer had the reactions I had been experiencing for years prior. Mercy &Truth has grown, evolved, changed locations and I am sad that Susanne is gone-but she deserves to retire like everyone else, right?!? My spouse is also a patient for many years as well. We had our annual check up last week. We are pleased with the person that has taken Susanne's place and confident he will be as attentive as she was. They can get busy at the office. If you become a regular patient, I suggest you schedule any check ups for the following 6 or 12 months at the time you are speaking face to face with the receptionist. Bottom line- you are responsible for advocating for yourself or loved one. Also, medical practices treat many people. They are not commissioned to cater to your needs above all others.
