Dr. Ganson does a wonderful job with her patients, is honest and cares about the quality of her work. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Ganson and her team do exemplary work. They were able to set up a visit for emergency dental work and provided top notch customer care and created a comfortable environment for children in not so comfortable circumstances. Great team and experience!

I should have read the reviews before scheduling with this office....my mistake. The initial stuff went well...friendly front staff. But this office does not back their work...period. My daughter's spacer fell out not long after it was put in, and they assured me that my insurance should cover it....despite me not understanding why they were not backing their work and just putting it in for her with no charge. Ok fine....I asked how much it would be and got shrugged shoulders. A few weeks later, we get a bill in the mail. $82 for an"exam fee" (what exam?) and $325 for a tiny spacer glued in....took about ten minutes tops. My insurance denied it because they only cover spacers once... something they should have known and told me.
I understand having to pay (an appropriate price) to have a spacer put in that comes out down the road, but we literally just had it put in...maybe take some ownership in it's failure???
Don't bother calling this place to ask about their overpriced services and lack of backing their work..."their fees are their fees". They don't care about your kid or the "quality" of their work...they care about your money.
