Online scheduling was convenient and easy. We got right in to be photographed and photographer and Santa were friendly and professional. Multiple different types of shots were fit into the quick window but it didnt feel rushed at all. Great experience. Will do it again next year.

Everyone has their own experiences, opinions, how they as a customer have been treated and how a customer is treated will reflect on the business as a whole.
That being said, this is a pop up retail shop, not a photography studio. It is located in a retail shopping mall area at Town Center. To enter into the establishment it is NOT ADA friendly. There isnt a way to enter into or exit the establishment with a stroller or wheelchair as it is not accessible, theres no ramp. The owners will not assist you with a stroller, they didnt help me. You will have to pick up the stroller or wheelchair due to a large step or leave the stroller or wheelchair outside and carry inside.
The owners, John and Dawn dont communicate with each other. John is very hostile, argumentative, angry and very accusatory. John stated to me, my family will go crazy wanting to know who did the photos, they are that good. Excuse me, John, thats all in your head, your ego. Frankly, you didnt do the session John. Anyone can photograph a dog or kid. Its not that you did anything special or outstanding John. When I left finally (after being badgered for 15 minutes) I left emotionally sickened, embarrassed, humiliated and distraught. My experience with John was a disgusting display of Johns arrogance and ego with an entitlement in attitude. Pressure to purchase. I wish I had left without a purchase. However, my time, my gas, the photographer and Santas time all accounted for I gave into John and paid for the portraits I really didnt want. I suggest Dawn speak up to John as to her telephone booking of my appointment to tell me I had permission to bring my two dogs. Dawn booked the appointment for my dogs, she needed to address that with John. In fact my dogs are very well behaved, very well mannered, very social, very well trained, no barking, no disturbance to anyone on their staff or customers including my dogs were patient sitting there awaiting the long 15 minutes for John to argue and yell at me in accusatory accusations as my pups sat there very quite. My pups are better than most kids. The photographer and Santa even praised me and my dogs for being excellent socially and well mannered.
Dawn just turns red allowing her husband yell at a women, a customer doing nothing, saying nothing while John accuses me of, upsetting his wife as she turns red. It was the most disgusting and unethical experience Ive endured as a customer to put up with.
Go to the mall in my opinion its the same experience with less hassle and cost. Not going to return. Never will do business with these people again. They must need business and I know why. Conduct yourself as a business owner and professional to earn your respect. Respect is a two way street and when provided it is then returned.

We had a lovely experience with my son taking pictures with Santa. The staff was nice and accommodating. Love that we were able to pick which Santa to take pictures with. Hard to find a black Santa and they had one that was perfect !
