The Hendrick Toyota had an end of the year promotion. I called to inquire about a tow hitch for my Toyota Venza.
Jonathan Lewis, assistant manager, is honest, with great customer service and integrity.
Even though it rumored that a dealership charges more, check the competitive rates online and inquire.

My glove box on my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 became a problem of not shutting, or opening on it's own while driving. I made an appointment with service. A man in service dept named Jonathan asked what I was there for. He replied let me look at it. He took only five minutes to fix the problem and then directed me out of the service garage, and canceled my apt. I am very happy with Jonathan! He could have told me to go sit in waiting room for a couple of hours, and then charged me. NO charge, no waiting room, and a big smile from Jonathan. I hope Hendrick's knows what Jonathan this is. Thank you!
