Internet service is spotty and lags. When I moved, they weren't able to timely move our service, blaming the weather, and yet I still had to pay them, like I could control the weather. I was not under a contract. Customer service is only available 9a-5p, so if you need something in the evening or on a weekend, you are stuck until the next business day. Also, when my auto payment didn't go through one month, they shut me off without any warning. When I left a message for the manager to discuss this, he/she never called me back. Very poor customer service!

We live in the country in Wabuansee county. Initially we thought our only option was satellite Internet. Until our neighbor told us about Kansas broadband. They have been an absolute game changer. Our Internet is fast. Our service is reliable, and the customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough for somebody living in the country.
