Seth was so wonderful to work with! He got us in quickly and was competitively priced. He was great at calling us back and fitting us in. I was driving into work when he called to set up our appointment and he even offered to call back and leave a VM with my appointment details so I wouldn't forget. I wish that there wasn't a negative review posted about him - it's really not fair. The fact is that you are utilizing his time and expertise to come over and inspect/clean your fireplace and he shouldn't be penalized if he tells you that your fireplace is unfit to be used (what the previous reviewer said). He was extremely thorough about telling us the condition of our fireplace, and letting us look for ourselves and pointing out the issues he identified. He even gave us a repair man's info that would be able to come and fix some of the issues if we so decided. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I hired Artful Duster to inspect and clean my son's fireplace for a certain price. He was to call me after to get my credit card info for payment. He came out, spent 2 min inspecting the fireplace and 5 min stating all the reasons the fireplace was no longer safe to use. Thus no cleaning done. And charged $85 for this inspection! There was never any disclosure on separate price for inspection up front!! AND he lied to my son, stating I said he could just pay with a check for now. So he got $85 for something that was totally NOT disclosed ahead!!

Knowledgeable and excellent service. Had good advise and recommendations for us, not just a sales pitch.
