Mike just finished setting up our new Tuff Shed. It went just like Stanton said it would go. A very easy process. They said what they were going to do, and they did what they said they would do, on schedule. Thank you!

The shed itself looks good. It's well constructed. The problem I have with Tuff Shed is a lack of good communication. The workers were constructing the shed when I saw the roof shingles were a reddish color when I had specified brown. I called Tuff Shed and was told the color is "brown autumn" and it has a reddish color. It would have been great if the lady taking down my order in the office with me sitting right there would have bothered to ask me if I wanted a reddish color roof, or a brown roof. But no, she apparently just wrote down brown autumn when I said brown. That would have been pretty easy to clarify. She said since I signed the contract, I am now stuck with a reddish roof with a lifetime warranty. It's not the end of the world, but I feel they should care a little bit about what their customer wants for a custom built shed. They saved the cost of shingles, but have lost a recommendation for their store.

I contracted Tuff Shed through the Home Depot. Contract was made on 01/05/2022, permit received 05/02/2022, built on 10/30/2022, completed 11/15/2022. I would not recommend them, these past 11 months have been a disaster.
I was originally told my 24x30 garage would be far away enough from a power line. I contracted someone to come out and dig footings and install the rebar. Before the pour, I contacted Tuff Shed and told them the pad just seemed too close to the power line.... It sure was.
I then contracted someone to come and move my power cable underground... Another expense later... I was finally ready to pour.
I would definitely recommend shopping other companies and saving yourself TIME and MONEY. The quality for what you are paying is just not there. Lack of communication, no rush, nothing... Just stress. I could have saved THOUSANDS if they would have simply told me that the original location wouldn't work.
They came back on 12/06/2022, due to a leak. They still didn't show up on time.
If I had a time machine to fix 1 thing in my past, it would be hiring this company. KEEP AWAY.
